Chimira Holyfield
Chimira leads herbs and oils controllership team with responsibility for accounting, external financial reporting, and financial controls covering all aspects of herbs and oils business. Chimira brings great talent to the team with creative ideas and the ability to outline the financial impacts of pursuing different business strategies. Her responsibilities include:
- Monitor the financial performance of the company
- Compile and analyze financial reporting packages
- Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets
- Participate in the development of a support the company’s strategic plans
Before joining herbs and oils Chimira worked as an accountant for multiple international financial companies Chimira brought her financial experience to herbs and oils haircare essentials as controller. Chimira graduated from the HBCU Morgan State University and during her pursuit of her accounting degree she also learned much about her heritage and hair culture. She became natural during her time in college but struggled to find hair products that wouldn’t damage or dry out her natural hair. Chimira brought her hair journey to Eva, the CEO of herbs and oils, and at that point not only did Chimira become an executive of herbs and oils but she also became a client. Two years of consistent use of the tonic, Chimira has experienced tremendous hair growth, more volume and bounce with less frizz, no dandruff and less breakage/split ends.
