Tania Banks brings passion, authenticity, and a powerful voice to everything she touches at Herbs & Oils Haircare Essentials. As our Marketing & Social Media Manager, she leads content creation across platforms, manages the HNO Tribe community, and writes our weekly blog, The Crown & The Culture—a space where hair, heritage, and self-love meet.
Tania is the creative force behind our digital presence, sharing real stories and showcasing the power of Black-owned hair care products and the best products for Black hair. Her deep understanding of culture and community shines in every post, campaign, and caption she crafts.
A native of Evansville, Indiana, now living in Charlotte, NC, Tania grew up in a large household with 13 siblings, giving her a natural talent for connecting with people. She started braiding hair at just 10 years old, eventually turning her porch into her first salon. After high school, she earned her natural hair care license with a focus on protective styles.
Beyond her digital work, Tania is also hands-on in manufacturing and production, ensuring our Black hair care products meet the highest standards of quality and care. With her creative energy, drive, and commitment to authenticity, Tania is a true asset to the HNO mission and movement.
