We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the returned is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pictures, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of contact. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase. The funds processing return will be handled by your bank.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect your products for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Herbs & Oil Haircare Essentials Customer Service at 877-926-3635 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST., Mondays through Fridays. Cancellation Policy
Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, in most cases, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted but please contact customer service so that we can review your concern to see if there is anything that we can do to assist you.
